Hello! My name is Kevin Pham and I am an 8+ year Product Design & Management Professional. I’m excited for the new challenges and growth opportunities in this next stage of my professional career. I’m looking for a place with great people and great purpose that I can really sink my teeth into and give my all. 

I would describe my work abilities as a product builder who specializes in product discovery, problem solving, as well as leading product teams through full product cycles. With me you’re not going to get just a product designer, or product manager, you’re going to get both! (With a sprinkle of graphic designer too). I’m a firm believer that building the right products starts at the goal setting and problem defining phases. Without that nothing else matters. I have honed my process over years of trial and error with my product teams to bring healthy mixture of collaboration, communication, constructive conflict, team empowerment, and adaptability. If you’d like to see my process in detail you can find my project case study in my portfolio.  I bring with me a wealth of experience from my 7 years will my last company launching products all across the customer life cycle… starting from the awareness side all the way to retention side, and across 3 major user types.  I’ve successfully launched onboarding experience, new business line marketplace, viral growth marketing features, just to name a few. I’ve learned how to navigate the ups and downs of a product cycle, when to pivot or persevere, how to fail quickly and learn quickly, how to navigate differing stakeholders, how push product through deadlines, and ultimately how to achieve results. 

I innately have a team first mindset person both in my work life and out of work life. I find satisfaction in team wins over individual accolades.
