About Me

Hello, my name is Kevin Pham. I’m a Vietnamese American, born and raised in San Jose, CA. I moved to Southern California to attend UC Irvine and have lived in SoCal ever since (with a two-year stint in Denver, CO). I currently live in Long Beach, CA with my wife and two sons.

I’m passionate about building communities and serving the people within them. I founded one of Southern California’s largest co-ed recreational flag football Meetups (Orange County Flag Football Group), and I actively contribute to an LA-based nonprofit, EAYIKES. I also volunteer as a cook for the Homey-made Meals unhoused food program and serve as commissioner of a 12-year dynasty fantasy football league.

Professionally, I’m a Senior Product Designer focused on building empathetic, high-impact products. Most recently, at Pro Football Focus, my work helped shape a B2B platform used by all 32 NFL teams and millions of users across the broader football ecosystem; supporting data-driven decisions at the highest levels of the sport. That experience reinforced my belief in designing for clarity, scale, and real-world impact.

The seven years I spent at my last company were transformational, growing me as a product designer, product manager, and teammate. I worked across the full product lifecycle; from leading teams and shaping strategy to rebranding the company and supporting business growth, becoming a more adaptive, collaborative, and systems-minded contributor.
